Carolyn Canada wishes to announce two new members of the Commercial, Homes and Land, Inc. realty team. 

Dean Davenport has been a licensed real estate Broker since 1985. He enjoys listing and selling all types of properties throughout the Central Florida area. He continues to be active in many community and church organizations. Mr. Davenport chose to leave a national franchise real estate company to join the CHLRE team and looks forward to a successful future!

Rendy Geiger has been a resident of Seminole County since 1988 a mother of two and grandmother to 3. She has been in the Title Industry since 1994 and holds the CLC (Certified Land Closer) and LTA (Licensed Title Agent) and has decided to bring her title knowledge into the Real Estate Side.  With being very organized and detailed oriented buying or selling your home with her would be a one stop shop. Rendy is very family oriented and in her spare time she loves spending time and spoiling her 3 grandbabies.
